Mental Wellness Resource Page

Mental wellness is a process  of determining what the driving influences are to personal success.  We seek to have goals aligned with our values and beliefs, for these goals will be far easier and rewarding to achieve.  We must also understand and budget our time and energy.   Wellness requires consideration and compensation to of all of the moving parts that make up our lives.  This Wellness Wheel is a good example of how complex that can be.

The Oxford English Dictionary defines wellness as  “The state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal,” mental as  “Relating to the mind,” and the mind as “The element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel; the faculty of consciousness and thought.”
